Motorola is preparing to expand its budget-friendly G-series lineup with the upcoming launch of the Moto G86 and Moto G56. Recently spotted on FCC and NCC certification sites, these devices are expected to arrive soon with 5G connectivity, long-lasting batteries, and upgraded features.
With Motorola’s growing popularity in the budget and midrange segment, these two models could be exciting options for Indian buyers in 2025.

While official renders aren’t out yet, leaks suggest that both the Moto G86 and Moto G56 will carry modern flat-edge designs with a slim profile and stylish finish. Motorola is likely to introduce trendy colors to attract younger buyers.
The Moto G86 is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Moto G56 may come with a slightly smaller 6.5-inch LCD panel with 90Hz refresh rate, catering to different budget ranges.
Performance
The Moto G86 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. Meanwhile, the Moto G56 may use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, making it a reliable yet affordable 5G option.
